The people of Isse and Afar living in Ethiopia and Djibouti are brothers and the government of Djibouti will definitely encourage them enjoy friendly life. In his congratulatory and honoring message to the Isse Ugaas, the 21 Sultan of Afar clan, a former Minister of defense Sultan Habib Mohamef Lu'aite; Djibouti's Minister of Culture Aden Hassan Aden Beleloo said that the two Afar people are brotherly people that Djibouti is determined to help them cooperate for mutual benefit and prosperity.
