Addis Ababa, 08 October, 2015 - The Addis Ababa branch office of The Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority says it has set up strategies that can enable to remedy taxpayers' woes and provide better and timely service. Director of the Support and Supervision section with the Office, Atikilt Gebre-egziabher, told WIC that the office has been working to identify the major complaints of taxpayers and has now prepared strategies to abate them and attain tangible changes in its service provision.
