Addis Ababa, 1 October, 2015 - While discussions between the African Union, African Airlines Association ,International Air Transport Association and the many African states could see progress made with the introduction of the Yamoussoukro Decision, Ethiopian Airlines' chief executive officer, Tewolde GebreMariam said much more is needed to be done to balance the Continent's aviation sector and reduce the split that now sees around 80 per cent of intercontinental travel in and out of Africa being provided by airlines from outside of the Continent.
