The mission of the EEF is to safeguard the rights and benefits of employers and promote job creation and decent work in Ethiopia. Despite the significant economic growth Ethiopia portrayed over the last couple of decades in creating massive job opportunities, there remains much to be done in further reaching out more job seekers.
