Ethio-telecom and National Council for the Coordination of Public Participation for the Construction of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam yesterday signed an agreement providing for facilitating the second round 8100 A SMS service to raise funds for the construction of the am. The former has contributed 33,385,994 Birr in the first round SMS service.
