Addis Ababa, 28 August, 2015 -In a series of planned annual workshop on water security in the horn of Africa, the first one was held here in Addis Ababa from august 25 to 28, 2015 deliberating on a number of issues addressing technical aspects of water security and identifying areas for further collaborations. he workshop is expected to lay foundation for future collaboration between civilian and military institutions in Ethiopia and Kenya in the area of water security.
