A Credit facility agreement amounting to 50 million Euros were signed, today, 16 April 2015, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the French Development Agency at a ceremony held at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development . The credit facility agreement was signed to provide 50 million Euros to finance the implementation of a project aiming at financial and technical support for Bus Rapid Transit B2 pilot corridor, which is one component of the Addis Ababa City Administration long term public transportation network combining in a short term Light rail way transit , Bus Rapid Transit , regular bus lines and, in a long term, subway.
