The Confederation of Ethiopian Trade Unions said that while increasing productivity employees must organize themselves in associations to protect their rights. In a press conference held at its premises, CETU President Kassahun Follo, told journalists that using their constitutional rights employees must nurture a culture of negotiation and discussion with their employers.
