Patriarch of Ethiopian Orthodox Church, Abune Matthias is in Sudan accompanied by a number of priests and the Ambassador of Ethiopia to Sudan. The two discussed the situation of the Ethiopian community and churches in Sudan as well as the firm historic ties between the Sudanese and Ethiopian peoples.
