The Government Communication Affairs Office launched its first ever web portal on December 12, 2014, at Elilly Hotel, Addis Abeba. GCAO signed a seven million Br agreement with Information Network Security Agency , on September 16, 2014, to construct the portal, which will operate for one year until the construction phase is completed.
