Residents of Addis Ababa City Administration have contributed more than 43 million EB while they were welcoming and see off the Cup awarded to the Ethiopian people by late Meles Zenawi for their commitment to build the Grand Ethiopia Renaissance Dam . In a ceremony held today at the Millennium Hall, residents of Addis in various walks of life have donated more than 43 million EB for the construction of the GERD.
