A high level conference has kicked off in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa to discuss the consolidated regional report for endorsement in view of the 2015 United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. The conference which will carry out a global review and appraisal of the implementation of the Beijing Platform for Action 20 years after its adoption Rwanda's Minister of Gender and Family Planning, Oda Gasinzigwa is expected to attend the meeting and review the progress of Rwanda on women empowerment especially in agriculture and gender equality.
