Carrick-on-Shannon businesswoman Adeline Galligan is urging runners, joggers and walkers to put their "best foot forward" and sign up to the Halloween 5Km Night Run & Fun which will take place on 29th October at 6:30pm in Carrick on Shannon. The race will start at Watercare, , Castlcarra Road and do a loop ending back at Watercare.
