The Ethiopian Ministry of Communication and Information Technology inked a Memorandum of Understanding with the Integrated Communications, Worldwide Events on Wednesday to organize the event together. Accordingly, the 10th eLearning Africa Conference will take place in Addis Ababa at African Union headquarters from the 20th to 22nd of May, 2015.
